My focus in organizational consulting is to empower everyone in the organization to utilize their gifts and to have the opportunity to grow and develop. To accomplish this, there is an emphasis on participatory management where there is listening upwards to employees by management and input from all members of the the organization. I work with organizations to develop vision and values that can guide decision making and interactions within the organization. I also coach managers in implementing leadership strategies consistent with this. I design and facilitate trainings that support this kind of organizational change.
